Itoh peonies are a cross between garden peonies and tree peonies. Large, unique, semidouble blooms explode with uncommon hues of apricot to copper colour in late spring to early summer and are stunning in a cut-flower bouquet! The colourful foliage changes with the seasons for extended interest from spring through fall. New growth starts dark green with purplish shading, turning gray-green to green in summer, and finishing in fall with hues of bright orange and red.
